Function:
(1) SOC estimate: It is the latest Joint EKF (common kalman filtering method) method with single cells load voltage and current integral value dynamically estimate to SOC, control on the 8-10%.
(2) Electric current detection: Through the Hall current sensor to realize real-time current detection during the discharge. Charging current is determined by the biggest charging current of master module, but if the biggest charging current of master module higher than the maximum charging current of charger, at this time, the charging current is the maximum charging current of charger.
(3)The CAN communications: there is a CAN interface of master module to communicate vehicle control system (ECU) or other CAN send and receive unit. Through the CAN send the information of total voltage of the battery, the total current, SOC, malfunction and so on, to ECU or other CAN transceiver unit in time.
(4) Display and alert: all kinds of battery pack information (voltage, current, temperature, SOC, charging problem and so on) will be real-time showed on LCD. When malfunction occurs, a warning will be heard from buzzer, and specific type of malfunction will be display on LCD.
(5) With the upper machine communication: Through RS485 turn RS232 interface (UT-201) communicate with upper machine to write down the information of battery in time, in order to analyse the information of battery pack convenience. .
(6) System self-check: BMS set the powerful system self-check function. Check the voltage, temperature, communication, storage etc after supply the electricity, to ensure that the system keeps working properly.
